About Me

Painting, for me, is not only an emotional necessity but also a way to connect deeply with the world around me. It helps me stay close to what truly matters to me — my emotions and the beauty and magic of nature.

I’ve always felt that we’re not separate from the natural world, but just like the trees, the light, and the changing sky, we are integral part of it. We breathe with it, we pulse with it. Painting is my way of listening and softly, wordlessly responding. When I paint, I feel a joyful return to something essential. An exciting sense of belonging. Nature is never still, never flat. It breathes, pulses, whispers. I don’t aim to capture it realistically. Instead, I paint how it feels: a sudden breeze, the golden shimmer of late afternoon sun, the silence before rain. These fleeting sensations are what move me. I’m led by feeling, intuition and emotion. I’m drawn to what lives in the space between what we see and what we feel.

I work intuitively. I start with a memory of a landscape that moved me, and I let the colours guide me. My background in both painting and textile art influences how I build up layers, textures, and depth.

Although my roots are in Poland, over the years I’ve lived in many places that have shaped me — from the green, beautifully chaotic gardens of my motherland, to the vibrant landscapes and warm air of Cambodia and Vietnam, whose colours still echo strongly in my palette. London gave me freedom and introduced me to a diverse, exciting art scene. Each place I’ve lived in or travelled through has left a deep mark on the emotional vocabulary I bring to the canvas.

My hope is that my work offers space to breathe — a space where viewers can remember their own connection to the natural world and life cycle, not as something distant or simply pretty to look at, but as something they are deeply and beautifully part of. I believe that when we tune in to the natural world, we reconnect with ourselves in the most honest and healing way. Art is here to remind us that we are part of something majestic and magical.
